This is a book by Irish author Francesca Brown who was very ill and her angels showed her how to help herself get better. The angels can help us all get better - we may not have a physical illness but we may want/need to make our lives better and to live the life we are here to live. A true story and I have met the lady in person. On that night she was channelling messages from our Angels and loved ones in Spirit. Very comforting and reassuring.
