February Newsletter.

As a start to my newsletter I am going to pull two Romance Angel cards, since we are in the month of love, with Valentine's Day coming up next week.

The first card is FLIRT. Extend your lighthearted energy to others. Yes this is all about being playful in your relationships aswell as in your everyday living. We sometimes make life too serious for ourselves, so the angels are asking us to lighten up and see the funny and positive side to situations that may arise.

The second card is CALLING IN YOUR SOULMATE. Your prayers, affirmations, and visualizations help bring you together. What a lovely card. Needs no explanation, only trust and believe that when the time is right and both of you are ready, the soulmate connection will occur.

This month I read two books - The Voices of Angels by Francesca Brown, an Irish author and Angel communicator. This is her second book, her first is My Whispering Angels. This is mostly about her life in the present, and how her days are lived and her readings for others. A lovely, easy read and she gives lots of tips on meditation and grounding and protecting ourselves.

I also read Many Lives, Many Masters by Brian Weiss. He is a psychiatrist who discovered in sessions with a client that she had many past lives and how they both learned so much from their therapy sessions together. Very good and easy read.

Both of those, of course, are true stories, as is, Spirit Babies by Walter Makichen. A fabulous book about what is going on behind the scenes, before our babies are even conceived. A totally different way of seeing the whole picture about conception, pregnancy and birth. A lovely, easy read too.

A poster of mine is jumping up and down here wanting to be written about!!! It is the Dalai Lama's alphabet really. It is headed LIVE ONE DAY AT A TIME AND MAKE IT A MASTERPIECE. It is called the A to Zen of Life - when my mother saw this for the first time, she said "Uncle George used to say that all the time." She saw the heading and didn't read the rest, but it was all that was needed that day. "Uncle George" wasn't her uncle or mine, but was my dad's uncle and cousin!! and he was my godfather. So anyway, back to the Dalai Lama. His alphabet is as follows
A -  Avoid negative sources, people, places and habits.
B - Believe in yourself.
C - Consider things from every angle.
D - Don't give up and don't give in.
E - Everything you are looking for, lies behind the mask you wear.
F - Family and friends are hidden treasures, seek them and enjoy their riches.
G - Give more than you planned to.
H - Hang onto your dreams.
I - If opportunity doesn't knock, build a door.
J - Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.
K - Keep trying no matter how hard it seems.
L - Love yourself.
M - Make it happen.
N - Never lie, cheat or steal.
O - Open your arms to change, but don't let go of your values.
