My weekly reading 21st September 2015

For those of you who haven't watched my weekly reading the main message is to stay calm, stay in a place of love, peace and calmness using whatever tools you have to get there.  Mine at the moment is the little video that I shared on my facebook page of the Tibetan meditation music.  It is called The Chant of Metta, you will find different versions of it on YouTube.  Feel the feelings of love and peace and balance yourself before you start to wobble.  In my video I said that I had felt a great sadness one day but about four days later I figured that it was a sadness at leaving the "new old me" behind.  I was glad to leave the old me behind, six years ago, but the new old me, I was enjoying and comfortable with.  Now i have to shed that skin, and be the "new new me" whom I love dearly, but not many people know her!!! It is a little scary but I know I have so much support from angels, loved ones and guides and many physical friends and I know many more physical friends that I don't know about.  So here goes, Onwards and Upwards for all of us.  None of us are going backwards, remember that.   Love and Light xx Mary
